Cooper is three. Therefore he has 3-year-old logic. Here's a couple of examples.
1. A couple of weeks ago, Greyson had an accident in the middle of the night. The boys know what to do if that occurs, and Grey followed protocol. He put his pjs and bedding in the laundry and put on new pjs. However, he could only find short-sleeved jammies. Now for some unknown reason, my boys always want to wear short sleeves, even when it is 40 degrees out, so Grey wasn't too sad about it.
Well the next morning, Cooper starts telling Kim and I that he also wet the bed. Although there was no evidence of that, he was insistent. Then, he finally says, "Yes, I did wet my bed...I need to put on short-sleeves." :)
2. On the way to my parents' house, we have to drive amidst a bunch of road construction, which is heaviest about a block from their house. Today, we were driving through said construction, Scoops starts shouting that he HAS TO GO to the bathroom. When I tell him that we're almost at Grandma's house, he says "But I want to go in the porta-potties!"
Shenaniganizer for sure.
